| Pre-Ordering |
- Please take note on the product detail description and product picture especially the color and measurment of the item before order.
- Products color on the photo may slightly vary from the actual product colors due to different computer display settings.
- Certain mechandise might be marked as "randomly distribute" meaning that buyers are not allowed to choose the color or style of the item. You may make note in the order form for your preferred color or style, we will try to arrange for you while stock last. If your desire color or style is out of stock, we will randomly distribute for you without further notice.
- Most pictures on the website are provided by the supplier, and there may be a slight difference from the actual mechandise.
- Please do not imagine the outcome based on the model picuture without checking on the measurement and colors.
- Most of the clothes in the website have not undergo the Washing Care test. It's advisable for you to treat it seperately when you do the first laundry especially those dark color clothing.

| Payment Policy |
- To pay, you may transfer the amount to us by Manual Fund Transfer or Online Credit Card Payment.
- After Payment, buyers may inform us via Fill in Bank In Notification Form .FAQ : How to make payment.
- If you have over paid to us, we will automatically refund the balance to you in CASH VOUCHER. Cash Voucher can be redeemed as CASH, please contact our customer service personnel for redemption.

| Delivery Policy |
- We will start our delivery job on 2pm daily (only on Working days). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive the payment for your order before 2pm.
- We may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make note in your order form so we can do our best to carry out a special arrangement for you.
- If happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However under certain conditions, we may refund to you directly without prior notice.
- Shopping Queen reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods. Please make a remark in your order form if certain delivery company will not reach to your location.
- For Poslaju & Skynet Worldwide Express, normally you can receive your parcel in 1-3 days*.
- For other courier company, additional 1 day is required; normally you will be receiving your parcel in 2-4 days*.
- After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after 3 days, please contact the courier company directly.
- If you've given us an invalid address or contact number and causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will not in charge on the shipping for resending the parcel. Buyers will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel.
