About Pre-Order

The Process & Delivery Time.
Below is the routine of the Pre-Order transit time :

Closing Date
FASHION > Close Every Monday, if your order more than 10pcs; we will immediately submit your order to supplier.

BAGS > Close Every 10th | 20th | 30th Monthly, if your order more than 10pcs ; we will immediately submit your order to supplier.

SHOE > Close Every 10th | 20th | 30th Monthly, if your order more than 5 pairs ; we will immediately submit your order to supplier.

*Shopping Queen's Have The Rights To Delay Your Order.

Things You Must Aware.
1. After placing orders, you have 3 days to make payment, if we didn't receive your payment we would cancel your order immediately. If you request to delay the payment, we could not guarantee the item you wish to purchase is still available in that moment. In that case, please double check with admin regarding the stock availability for the merchandise.

2. We will refund to buyers if the merchandised is out of stock. There is no early informing of the out of stock merchandised.
Note : For promotion Buy 4 Free 1, there is no cash refund for the item which is out of stock, buyers are required to replace the item which is out of stock with the same amount. OR refund voucher will be given, you can use it on your next order to get instant deduction.

3. To those buyers who are perfect principle, lack of patient while waiting for the cloths, high demand on materials or quality, please do not participate in our pre orders to avoid the unhappy cause

4. All merchandised are import from overseas; we do not responsible of the spoil or damage of the stock.

5. The actual merchandised it will have some different with the merchandised that seen in the picture. Buyers that couldn’t accept the color / quality of the real merchandised please don’t place any orders.

6. The merchandised lost during the shipping time; we are not responsible of the lost.

7. All our merchandised prices are not included the shipping fees.

8. All prices of our merchandised are fixed price.
