We understand that shipping is an extra cost for online shopper. When there is a purchase of certain amount,we are giving out FREE DELIVERY! Please refer to the chart below:

We offer variety of shipment method to suit your need. However Shopping Queen reserves the rights to change the
shipment method according to the delivery location and the weight of the goods. If customer overpays the shipping fees,
we will refund the balance to you in Cash Voucher. (Cash Voucher can be redeemed as CASH, please contact our customer service).

Foreign Buyer

• Register mail (Air Mail) below 500g 5 USD - (2-3 weeks depends on states or country) <economy price>
• E-Parcel International (Air Mail ) above 1kg check her www.pos.com.my
• EMS below 500g 25 USD - (3-7 days) <expensive>

1. Your orders will be processed daily basis during business day, which is Monday to Friday.
2. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 2pm (Malaysia Time). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive your payment information before 2pm.
3. We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make note in your order form so we can try our best to carry special arrangement for you.
4. If happen that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However in certain condition, we might refund to you directly without prior notice.
5. Shopping Queen reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods.
6. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised leadtime, please contact the courier company directly.
7. If you've given us an undelivered address or contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to pay the additional shipping for resending the parcel.

• Payment has to be made within 3 days after stock available confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled automatically.

• If Buyer do not receive any reply from us within 24 hours, please re-send your message again. It might be technical caused and we do not receive your message.


• Upon receiving of the payment, item will be post within 24 hours .

1. The warranty is valid for 7 days after the order is delivered out by us
2. To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash basis but in Refund Voucher which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order. Please take note on the calculation of the Refund Voucher.
3. Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the Refund Voucher to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount. However, please note that shipping charges is not included in the Refund Voucher.
4. Please make sure the item is not being used and please retain the original packing. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted
5. Regarding the return delivery fees, please refer to the chart below.

• Voucher allows instant deduction on your order amount
• In each order only 1 voucher is allowed for deduction. If you have more than 1 voucher, please split the order or use it in our next new products arrival.
• Each voucher comes with a validity date; please remember to use it before it expired. Expired voucher is not acceptable in the system.
• Shopping Queen has introduced few types of voucher. Each of the type vouchers has slight different in the calculation. Please read the chart below before you use it.
